We designed a completely new roofline, departing from the existing one. To enhance functionality, we meticulously customized the crawlspace door to seamlessly integrate with the overall design, granting easy access for the homeowners. The installation of exquisite custom windows added an element of elegance and natural light to the space. Lastly, we hand scraped the hardwood floors, ensuring a smooth and harmonious flow from the sunroom to the family room. Together, these thoughtful design choices resulted in a sunroom that perfectly meets the homeowners’ every need.
Challenges
This remodel presented us with an intriguing challenge: elevating the sunken family room to achieve a seamless and level flooring transition between the existing space and the new sunroom. Additionally, we encountered extended lead times for certain products, such as the custom windows.
