Michael (Mikey) R. Ledbetter
Project Manager
Mikey brings more than 42 years of residential construction experience in Northern Virginia to his role as Project Manager at Schroeder Design Build. After spending much of his career managing new single-family home construction, Mikey now applies that depth of knowledge to remodeling, overseeing projects ranging from kitchens and finished basements to detached garages and whole-home renovations.
With decades spent coordinating the many moving parts of residential construction, Mikey understands what it takes to keep a project moving forward while maintaining a strong focus on quality, value, and client satisfaction. He takes pride in seeing each project through carefully and helping ensure the finished work meets the expectations established from the start.
Construction is also part of Mikey’s life outside of work. He has personally renovated the last two homes he and his wife have lived in, giving him firsthand appreciation for both the challenges and rewards homeowners experience during a remodel.
When he’s not working, Mikey enjoys being involved with his church, playing golf, and spending time with his wife, whom he considers his best friend, and their two Labrador retrievers.
