Andrew Schroeder, Certified Remodeler
General Manager

Andrew holds a Business Management degree from James Madison University, and has been working with SDB since 1999. Andrew focuses on all aspects of the project, from the big picture to the smallest detail. In addition to his work for SDB, Andrew serves as the Chairman of the Education Committee of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). An avid traveler and active soccer player, Andrew truly demonstrates the integrity that is so integral to SDB’s success.

Tom Schroeder, Certified Remodeler
President

With a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Tom founded SDB in 1986 and is proud to be called a “Remodeler”. Serving as SDB’s technical specialist, he oversees all designs and production. When he’s not busy on a project, Tom volunteers at the battered women’s shelter and serves on the Fairfax County Board of Building Code Appeals. With his infections sense of humor and insatiable love of life, Tom is more than just SDB’s cornerstone.

Trish Schroeder

Marketing Director

Trish has been the backbone of SDB from the beginning. An incredibly dedicated and detailed woman, she has led the company’s passion to be a resource for all clients no matter how long ago their project was completed. Not only handling SDB’s finances, ensuring the company’s success but she also serves as the marketing director and volunteers with NARI (of which she is a former President). Trish takes great pride in mentoring other contractors for the industry’s future success and spending time with her two grandsons.

Fonda Salguero, Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodler
Selection Coordinator

With a stellar knowledge of the industry, Fonda helps customers select products and finishes, from siding and plumbing fixtures to cabinets and flooring. She is dedicated to making sure our clients understand what type of services they are getting, and how their decisions affect the project’s budget. When not working for SDB, Fonda enjoys spending time with her husband and three beautiful daughters.
